Community Action Treks (CAT) is a new travel company, specialising in trekking and climbing in the Himalaya and other mountain regions to help strengthen local communities. Headed by mountaineer Doug Scott and trek leader Jeff Frew, and backed up by knowledgeable and enthusiastic office and field staff, our combined experience of running treks and climbing expeditions means we are truly specialists in the areas where we operate.
